Isn't it funny how different guns can be. My shooting buddy has a sendero 7RUM, he is having the same problems I was in trying to come up with a load. Its amazing how deep the throats on the sendero's are. But as soon as my barrel is shot out it will go to Kirby Allen and let him work his magic on it and I think I will go with a 6.5mmX284 for a light hunting rifle, I am not getting any younger. Sean how much did you experiment with the seating depth on the A-Max???

Not much because of the mag problem.
I do a lot of hunting and what ever load I come up with it has to fit inside the mag.
I did some testing at the lands and found it was not enough of a difference to warrant one shot at a time.
